Accommodating Lens Implant

The Accommodating lens is a revolutionary lens implant that works naturally with your eyes' muscles to give you the quality of vision you enjoyed when you were younger. It's unique "hinges" allow the lens to move and flex, or accommodate to focus on objects near, far and all distances in-between, seamlessly.

Who is a candidate for Accommodating lens surgery?
  • People over the age of 45, with or without a cataract, who are in good general health.
  • People with a cataract at any age.
  • People who have nearsightedness, farsightedness, presbyopia and/or astigmatism.
  • People who have had prior corneal refractive surgery and need glasses for reading &/or distance vision.
If you've already had cataract surgery, you're not a candidate.
