Cataract Removal Testimonials
You all made me feel special and cared for. You and your staff are empathetic, warm, and optimistic people who have a gift for reassuring the patients. My questions were answered and my fears calmed. I am impressed with the efficient organization evident in all the steps of the procedures I underwent from the first office visits to surgery and the post op visits. The staff you have are wonderful; they treat you as a person, joking and open to conversation, while continuing their tasks. I am most impressed by your warmth and personable self too, and the way you personally escort your patients to the desk either for surgery time or exiting a visit.
You have a remarkable gift of instilling trust, too. Thank You for your excellent professional care. It was truly an uplifting experience to meet so many decent, nice people truly caring for others.

Thank you for your superb operations on my eyes for cataracts on July 19 and August 2nd. I'm astonished at how well I can see, especially distance, without glasses of any kind. For the first time since age 11, I realize that, without glasses, I'm suddenly noticing a woman hanging out her wash 300 yards away with a child and a cat playing nearby. With half-glasses, I can once again read easily and enjoyably. The middle vision is fine too.
Your team was uniformly excellent. Everyone displayed a high performance bearing, instilling confidence in the patient. The nurses were determined to make patients comfortable whether they wanted to be comfortable or not. My wife likes "grouchy men." She's just lucky, I guess.
Medicare has apparently confused cataract operations with a root canal in terms of allowable fees. It takes phenomenal courage, steadiness, and skill to trespass upon the inner eye. Entering through the tiniest of doors, you labor in an anatomical doll-house, in a tiny chamber, with everything at stake.
It's a team effort, I realize, including your administrative team. Your leadership qualities are evident. A beautiful thing to see a formation flown as tightly as this.

I have discovered that without glasses I can clearly see the faces of people across the street, and separate trees on a far hill. Even more wonderful was that view of Orion the first night after surgery --- not just the 3 stars in the belt, but the entire constellation, each individual star in it. I delight in the sudden reappearance of colors I had not realized had disappeared; the uncompromising incandescence of white and the many shades of blue that had been mostly variations of slate or denim.
